I developed severe toothache shortly before a holiday and needed to be seen quickly. Although I had only recently moved to the area and had never attended the practice before, admin staff were very helpful in making me an appointment at short notice. The treatment received all round was excellent, including not only a fast response, but good communication skills and technical expertise. My problem was dealt with very effectively, and I certainly recommend this practice.

I recently required to have a wisdom tooth removed and I was absolutely terrified and the dentist knew this. Having been a patient here for a few years now I felt that I could trust the dentist and allow them to take my tooth out. The dentist was excellent and talked me through the procedure before, during and after. The nurse was very good and helped to keep me calm. Overall this practice is excellent and caring, and you are never made to feel stupid for being apprehensive. (My previous practice in the area were shocking). This practice will do the best treatment they can. I can not fault this practice.

I am so happy to be able to attend this practice. The dentist is such a thoroughly lovely chap as well as an attentive dentist. I joined on the recommendation of a family member as I had been having real problems with my previous dentist. (I had an abscess and pain that they just couldn't sort out....turns out it was the tooth next to it that was the problem). I am always really amazed at how painstaking and carefully my medical issues are considered as part of my treatment and how sensitively too. This practice has given me back confidence in NHS Dental Services which I would have hitherto thought impossible.
